I installed Tweak UI for Windows Me, and everything went fine until I had to get the four Tweak UI files in the Windows\Temp folder. But none had extensions, so I didn't know which was the INF file. What can I do about it?

The Windows default setting is to hide the extensions of known file types. Most experienced PC users change this setting fairly early on, so we tend to forget this.
You can get Windows to show the extensions of all file types by clicking on View, Folder Options in Windows Explorer. Select the View tab, then clear the checkbox against 'Hide file extensions for known file types'. Click Apply to make this change come into effect. You will now be able to see which is the INF file.
There's no need to do this, however, if you know that INF files are Setup Information files. If this is the case, all you have to do is click Explorer's Views button until the content of the folder is shown in Details view. Details view lists the file types, and from here you can easily identify the Tweak UI file that is listed as a Setup Information file type, right-click it and select Install from the context menu.
